A new training center has been inaugurated in Santiago: Centro de Novas Tecnoloxias de Santiago http://cntg.xunta.es/.
It seems that the idea is to organize courses from the big players in the technology industry. Payment for the courses is on the house. Money comes from European Social Funds managed by the regional gouvernment.
